There are several ways to get to ExCel, the location for the 2008 British International Motor Show
ExCel is situated alongside Canary Wharf and within easy reach of the Jubilee Line & DLR.
If you decide to drive to the ExCel there are 4,000 car parking spaces available. Even if you're flying into City Airport, jump in a cab and you'll be ready to experience the show in 5 minutes.
If your travelling by rail and you're coming in from anywhere in the country the chances are that you're going to end up at one of London's main stations, if you're coming from the south you'll end up at either Victoria or Waterloo.
Once on the concourse, head towards London underground, jumping on the Jubilee Line. Take the East bound service to Canning Town
When you get to Canning Town, jump off the tube and change onto the DLR (upstairs Platform 3). Head towards ExCel & jump off at Custom House where you will see signs to the show.
Driving:
If you're driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13.
You can pay for your parking at the car park pay points, where you can pay by card or cash
River:
You can even take a Thames Clipper to ExCel, you will need to exit at Canary Wharf pier and change onto the Jubilee Line & DLR
As for accommodation, ExCel has 5 on-site Hotels ranging from luxury to budget. In addition there are over 8000 hotel rooms within 20 minutes of ExCel.
